I take all of these and have been doing so since the 2020 pandemic pretty much and trust me, my hormones have improved. Obviously it's not just the supplements that caused my T levels to sky-rocket but also other things, but they were an integral part of the perfect storming success

L-Theanine
L-DOPA

Zinc
Pyegum

NAC
Resveratrol

Melatonin

That's my current stack, thinking of adding L-Cartinite and Beta-Carotene + Lycopene (Although I drink Tomato Juice) .

It's not about time, but rather patience. So why lie?

You're here to improve your aesthetics and health but not able to watch a short 8 minute clip? Meanwhile you'll shit-post for hours in a 6 page thread about ethnics vs asians vs caucasians vs meds vs nords etc and who's pheno 'mogs'. I mean honestly, realise what is going to prove fundamentally useful for yourself. Your hormones play an overall vital factor in your aesthetics, hormones and mentality.

Rather than tryna be some edgy based black pill extremist, realise this

Magnesium + Vitamin D + Vitamin K + Calcium are one of the best combo, they all work synergistically to improve the metabolism. Creatine is very legit as well, as it will lead to an increased ATP production.

Id rather buy my food organic and avoid stuff like glyphosate then buy the supplements tbh

Do you though? And will you ever? You're fooling yourself
Its forbidden to spray that into organic especially for some organic brands who are more strict then the average organic rules.

No I'm saying are you going to get all your vitamin, mineral and overall dietary needs met in the form of foods?

They aren't even Boomers tbh. More like Gen X. Experience is useful though you can't lie

And don't act like everyone's got the time to always eat good food. That is not practical

by good food i literally mean ground beef, cheese, dairy, and something like sardines or liver once a week.

You think once a week is optimal?

just the supplements that caused my T levels to sky-rocket
Impossible to skyrocket your T in any substantial way with like otc supplements you doofus
most it will do is like boost your libido some but your T will not even get anywhere close to supraphysiological levels
Sleep good and long, lifting, and lowering chronic stress is the best way to optimize your T levels naturally

You're a fucking idiot and on-par with the kind of deceptive low-minded fucktards that took short snippets from Andrew Tate's videos and uploaded them to TikTok to create narratives with all context removed.

yes but guys like OP will not be eating enough red meat to get enough creatine so they will require supplementation

@Prettyboy

There is about 22.5mmol creatine per kg of meat. Unless my stoichiometry is rusty, that equates to about 2.95g/kg, but 50% of that is converted to creatinine during cooking and thus is a waste product rather than a valuable bioactive compound. That means the actual creatine content is around ~1.5g creatine/kg cooked beef. To achieve 5g of creatine per day would require approximate consumption of approximately 3.4kg (7lbs) of cooked beef per day. I guess some Carnivores might get that, but at 3.4kg, even your leanest top sirloin is about 165 kcal/100g, and therefore at MINIMUM, you’d be eating ~5600 calories per day from beef to hit 5g of creatine. This is kind of like the “peanut butter sandwich has as much protein as 3 oz of steak or 3 eggs” statement from The Game Changers film. Sure, you can get 20g of protein from a peanut butter sandwich, but you’re going to get significantly MORE calories than if you ate a typical protein source. Similarly, if you are pitching the Carnivore Diet as a way not to have to worry about creatine supplementation, I guess it’s possible, but not very practical at all.

You are overcomplicating things as usual

If a nutrient cannot be consumed from natural sources in amounts mainstream contemporary scientific literarure implies it should be, it’s always the theory that is wrong not our food. Humans have been thriving long before supplementation was a thing.

In this concrete example if you have no realistic means of obtaining 5 grams of creatine per day from natural food, then perhaps you were never meant to be consuming that much creatine to begin with

no Im not its simple science

5 grams is not necessary for the average person its the amount that is like recommended to guys who bodybuild and do extreme physical activity sports
also there is no research that shows negative health effects of consuming 5g of creatine monohydrate its like one of the most if not the most researched sports supplement out there. completely safe

He's the forum's version of autistic boring Derek from More Plates More Dates
are you like clinically retarded? you are liking a comment that goes against what you said in the OP you retard! Those guys in the video who recommend supplementing creatine are literally taking 5g a day and expect you too to do it too.
I am in support of supplementing creatine because it will be difficult to get it for most people with diet alone

You definitely are autistic aren't you lmao

Where did I say don't eat Red Meat for creatine benefits? Where? Find me it

You have given the game away. You're socially autistic

Supplements are simply a substitute or a supplementation of diet. Not everyone can cook Red Meat and eat it every day for endless possible reasons. So it makes sense to buy the supplements and take them when you aren't able to get your food source
