Everyone knows that it’s really hard to tell the difference between 5’11 and 6 feet IRL unless you compare them when they are extremely close together, but the psychological factor makes women think that the difference is huge, works the same way when stores put prices tags with 99.99$ instead of 100$.

This psychological difference only exists in countries that use the imperial system(the USA is the only one i think) because “6 feet minimum” sounds retarded when you translate it to the metric system, i’ve never heard any woman say “he has to be 182.88 cm tall minimum” it just sounds extremely autistic and specific.

Even if she thinks you’re telling the truth she probably thinks 5’11 is shorter than it actually is because of all the 5’9 guys claiming that height. I’m 182cm so 5’11 pushing 6’ and I can’t tell you the amount of times guys 2 inches shorter than me claim 5’11. There was a study linked here a while ago where American women were shown a lineup of men. The men had been measured but did not tell the women their height. The women were told to pick the ideal height and they picked 5’11 as the minimum and 6’2 as the peak.
