How to Fraud up a TIER

and im not talking about no god damn sissy boy platform shoes, those CAN work in certain settings but the height fraud im talking about is going to not be with you for a day or two, no.. This fraud is for the rest of your life. If you want to dedicate yourself to the fraud YOU CAN.
Before going into the real shit id just like to get it out of the way that you should be decompressing your spine with a weighted method a dozen times throughout the day, I personally max out a lat pulldown machine with 120kg and hang for 10 seconds or tell my friend to hang on me, the added benefit of this is that your forearms grow like crazy and your grip strength becomes mogger. A mogger grip strength is NECESSARY for bullying which is needed if you want to be chad. Arm wrestling, shaking hands, holding people down etc. You should also be using MSM to maintain that decompressed spine as much as possible.
The second thing id like to get out of the way is standing as straight as possible without looking weird. Make it a habit
These two things will give you 0.5-1 inch on people when it gets later into the night and people are compressed and slouching

Your choice of shoe will vary depending on the circumstance but it should always give you between an inch or two (depending on context) WITHOUT insoles

Now for special ocassions such as dates or clubs or first impressions you want to use something like this for a short period of time

the trick here is indoor slippers
