If a 90 year old virgin male was situated in a nursing home and was near death and on life support

if he managed to somehow drag a female nurse to the bed and then thrust himself into her and blow his load inside her would they arrest him?

The answer is no. Here is why;

The 90 year old male is already near death and plugged into life support. Unplugging him and prosecuting him will basically result in a manslaughter charge for the state. A lawsuit will soon follow against the nursing home as well as the police department.

So, the only option available is for the female nurse to get tested for STDs after the 90 year old’s semen entered her. If there is no STD then she should just go about her life as if it never happened. If she does have a STD then maybe she can file a lawsuit against the nursing home.

In conclusion, if a 90 year old dying virgin man raped a female nurse bareback and blew his load in her, he will not be arrested. He will have no consequences.
