I can drop the big 3.

That being hgh, teriparatide and t3.

These are the big hitters. But there is a lot more depth to the full stack though with 2 pathways/compounds in particular id prefer to keep to myself

You can add the obvious stuff aswell like your androgen of choice. It really doesnt matter which one you choose

appreciate it, will be noted. i've seen a lot of bonemaxxing threads with strontium and lithium, what are your thoughts on those?

Strontium is gay as fuck to source and is always ordered from some dirty dogwater chinese pharma.

Lithium carbonate (has to be carbonate) seems promising in rodent models and vitro and has some live human credentials. But is most likely overplayed.

I got a new dual combo in the works though which may mog like fucking crazy when stacked with the shit i mentioned above

If you're taking Teriparatide I'm assuming you're taking Denosumab alongside it. Ignore the rest of this comment if you aren't, but Denosumab and Teriparatide are unlikely to grow facial bones because they primarily affect trabecular bone, which is abundant in the spine and hips but not so much in the cortical dense bones of the face (the mandible, maxilla, zygos, etc). After puberty, facial bones undergo very limited remodeling, there are few active sites for these drugs to work on. Teriparatide stimulates bone formation only where remodeling is already occurring, and Denosumab suppresses remodeling by inhibiting osteoclasts which further reduces the potential for actual note worthy structural changes. While both drugs synergizing together can increase bone density in weight bearing areas, it does not reshape or enlarge bones, especially not in the craniofacial region. I nearly fell victim to this as well, but just looking through studies on the two they're nearly all examining the spine or hips which are just so structurally different from any craniofacial bones

denosumab is trash btw and I can go in to exact details given enough shekels

And Teriparatide still shows abundant activity at the periosteum.

Iirc the reason its said that "pth doesnt grow facial bones" is because when growing facial bones, what youre doing is expanding the periosteum.

PTH works best when theres osteoclast activity, but the periosteum has an osteoblast-osteoclast ratio of 10-1, so im theory its shit for this purpose.

But what we do see is the exact opposite.

"eatment with PTH … significantly increased periosteal MS/BS (+43%), MAR (+690%), and BFR/BS (+540%) … these findings confirm that ABL and PTH significantly increased cortical thickness … increasing periosteal apposition"
