From my personal experience in college and travelling, these locations and environments are the MOST NT in the PLANET and filled with NT young white people of both genders. If you struggle with socializing and want a "sink or swim" environment to harden you, seek these out.
In no particular order:
Frat Rush Events at SEC/Big 10 Schools
These events are deliberately designed to seek out the most NT, socially polished and physically attractive guys out of hundreds, if not thousands of young, preppy, rich white guys.
Frat Parties at SEC/Big 10 Schools
Everybody here of both genders has already been screened based on NTness and attractiveness. Tons of drugs and alcohol in play also lowers everybody's inhibition. Sexually competitive and high T.
Raves/Concerts of NT Artists
Especially huge festivals like TRNSMT (UK) or nigger rapper music, will be a very high T and NT environment.
Party Islands (Ibiza/Mykonos/Zante/Lanzarote/Mallorca)
Very NT and rich, white environments. However, some amount of oldcels (30+) present due to prices, especially Mykonos.
Big 10/SEC College Bars
Very high NT and high T sexually competitive environments.
Other Frat/Sorority Events
Mixers, Yacht Parties, Lake Retreats, Penthouse Parties, etc. Selects from the most NT and rich subgroup AKA inner circle of each respective frat and sorority.
Hostels in Popular Tourist Destinations (Europe, Southeast Asia)
Generally NT and white dominated, however will have some solo travellers (not NT) and poorcels (due to hostels being cheap).

A combination of the above will result in an absolutely tera NT environment where the smallest social mistake will result in ostracization and exclusion. For example, a top fraternity at ASU's inner social circle of their most attractive, NT, rich and popular slayers going on a boy's trip and staying at a hostel in Ibiza.
