Both normies and some forum members love to cope with their shitty physiques by saying "achievable naturally btw" to other people posting their physiques.

The trvuke is that what's achievable naturally for someone with top 0.1% genetics is not even achievable with roids for the vast majority of Joe Shmoes.

Case in point: Look at David's Laids physique at 15.
1777938330592

His physique as a natty 15-year-old who had been lifting for 2 years at most MOGS TF OUT OF 90% of lifters, including a significant portion of enhanced lifters. Not to mention the fact that he may have been natural as late as 18, at which point he physiquemogs everyone on the forum full-stop. What's achievable for him naturally is achievable for you through only one mechanism:
1777938517069

Reincarnation

Additionally, Ronnie Coleman looked like this while supposedly being natural:
1777938820501

There are countless examples of this. Just look up "[X bodybuilder] before roids" and enjoy being humbled.

Obviously, these claims should be taken with a grain of salt. However, the evidence is overwhelming that genetics is law vs everything else. If you have a shitty physique, people might tell you: "just train to failure bro, the science shows it's better." Unfortunately, the science is based on averages. Here's what I mean:

If I told you "training to failure is correlated with increased gains" you'd probably think "nice, since I train to failure, I will see good gains."

When in reality, this is what happens:

You could be even an average male lifter, and there will be foids making literally double your gains while having the same program as you. As you can see, the median untrained male lifter makes about 15-10% gains in muscle mass after a 12-week program, while some foids make 40% or greater.

You can make this comparison for any aspect of training. Going to failure, eating protein, etc, all have an order of magnitude lower of an effect compared to genetics. As I demonstrated in this thread, you can become a professional athlete for a sport you have never played simply because you are a genetic freak. Naturally, the same principle applies to bodybuilding and fitness to an extent.

TLDR: Even roiding is cope vs. genes. Just because Ronnie Coleman was 8% bf at 200lbs doesn't mean your puny ass can hit 180lbs 8%bf without mtren.

It’s over. I got friends that are spending 4 times a week in the gym for 1 hour each time and they barely see any improvement…

The genetics pill is actually crazy. And the sad thing is that you can’t control it. It literally determines EVERYTHING. Even your body way of responding to AAS.

some people who say they will build a crazy physique with roids, but their physique is straight ass naturally don’t understand that if they have bad genetics for their physiques as naturals, roids will probably not help them as well
