Knowing that one day I won't look like I did in my better days, I won't look like I do now.

I will be much more fragile physically and mentally, I will start to forget things, I will find it hard to have a fluent conversation, I will walk slower and I will find it hard to read.

Worst of all, I will feel more lonely than ever, many of my family members will have died and my social circle will be much smaller, I will not be able to relate to young people in the same way.

Knowing that these things are so ephemeral destroys me mentally.

Im 28 and the agepill is brutal. I have no wrinkles or anything whatsoever, but i have that "old" look in my eyes, i also have that beard shaadow. Its impossible to escape the agepill.

Actually wrinkles are fine. It's eyes ageing, skin folds and sagging, bone recession, ageing pigmentation... That's what's brutal

Imo is the most brutal, it is something that is totally unavoidable.

Many don't realize it, but losing your golden years and remembering them as an old man must be nostalgic and painful.

Thats true, and the worst part for me is that i was fat for 24 years. So i wasted my prime years. Its super depressing.

almost half of your prime gone already. make the most of your time
Yes, high school I think was the best time of my life.

After I turned 17 and graduated, my social circle shrunk and I lost interaction (also due to the COVID quarantine).

prime years, prime years for what? You could slay more after that period for god knows what reason
It's just people saying when your life is supposed to peak, some guys even draw the line at 20...

It's not just about sex.

It's your best time, high school and college mark you for life.

And if you didn't take advantage of them, when you're over 25 or 30 you'll think you've wasted a big part of your life.

I'm not looking forward to looking like this:

I wonder if there's anything that can be done to keep the mandible relatively prominent and angular-looking into old age. Italian actor Terence Hill seems to have maintained the shape of his lower third into his eighties, but obviously his skin is cryptkeeper-tier at this point:

Good results, but I'm somewhat reticent to get surgery for myself on principle (it's a self-respect thing).

I'd like it if there were something I could do preemptively. I wonder if chewing a lot will help maintain bone mass. I'm not really sure what would help prevent sagging of the soft tissue. I know peptides and retinol can help with skin, but I'm concerned about the layers below that too.

Age.

The same thing happened to me, during my 15-17 years was when I had the most partners and sex.

You could achieve very good natural results if you have a good bone structure as you say, increasing bone mass would be possible with HGH but surgery or Retin-A are the most feasible ways.

I'm not opposed to getting started on Retin-A and/or peptides for skin. In fact, if the results are good from that stuff, it might be fun when I'm 50 or something and able to freak people out by stating my age.

I'm also more just looking to prevent bone loss than increase bone size (my mandible is a good size now):

and on top of that , if i had to guess they live priviled lives in 1st world countries, pure mental illness
and, once again, pure SUIFUEL :rage:

The age pill is undefeated but you really can push it away for longer than people here think.
