In his prime he definitely was impressive.
He had not only an ideal prettyboy face but also 6‘3-4 tall, good frame, big skull and deep voice

Yea I know what you mean. His face looks kind of ordinary but just really good looking. Not as striking as Sean o pry or Gandy.
But I think his plain coloring is also a reason for that
