That’s why all 40 y/o+ men claim women only focus on money and height, while all adolescents or young adults claim it’s all about facial aesthetics and height.

Also, most male actors still look great up to 35-40, which makes sense, since they remain close to their physical peak during their late to early 30s.
Unless you lived horrendously bad, your prime as a healthy male is usually around 24-32.

Right. Then you need to focus on self-care, stress management, nutrition etc.
Even if you lived poor up to, let’s assume 24, your body at this age is well capable of recovering and bouncing back considerably.
However if you lived poorly at an age, where your body naturally declines, recovering gets harder and it’s mostly about sustaining, what you currently have.
So, for most here it’s not to late.

- Use a natural ingredient based sunscreen daily or at least, during the summer.
- Maybe Tretinoin, although as someone, who used the oral version for 2 years due to a severe seborrhoea, I’d argue it can be more harmful in the long run.
- Keep your hairline or go for a transplant
- Focus on Sleep.
- Go for a daily walk.
- Work out with moderately high intensity.
- Avoid processed foods but not to the point, where food shopping stresses you out and you can’t eat with friends of yours anymore.
- Don’t roid like a madmen.

Most don’t do that, so if you do and you have the right realisient genetics in regards to aging, you can retain your Prime up to 35 y/o. For some blessed individuals such as Cavill maybe even slightly longer.
And even after leaving your prime- it’s not like your looks fall apart instantaneously.
