I don’t think it’s mainly the fat loss, but the position of the fat
So what causes it to sag and how can we prevent this? Is it gravity over time that causes this? Should we do Inversion tables daily? Or is it just elastin loss? Or something else?
I don’t think simply working the muscle that you guy want to work will bring the face up. I think the actual muscle/fat pad has to be moved up
how can we achieve this and how do we prevent the fat pad from sagging?
notice how she has the same amount of fat in those pics, but on the right pic it’s positioned lower/sagging
