There is no doubt that Blacks feel more entitled than ever to perpetrate hate crimes against Asians and Whites, and that hate crimes are rising because of this mainstream media driven black entitlement. But a spike of 366% is almost certainly due to some change in the way the numbers are collected or tabulated.
