I made it last night. You get like 6 slices of mortadella and pan fry 3 stacks of 2, they’ll cook in their own fat, after you flip them, add a slice of provolone cheese atop each stack to have it melt in, then toast/fry 2 slices of bread in the fats and assemble the sandwich with some Dijon mustard and mayo. For any weedcels wanting to make nice late night munchies I very much recommend
