The Aromatise inhibitors dosages

Why when I ask people for there let me say Arimidex dosage they say like 0.5 or 0.25 mg like those aren’t even on the market how do you guys get so low dosages because those kind of pills are impossible to break it’s always in 1mgs am I stupid for this?

just take 1mg and if you want to take lower try to use your nails, scissors, nail cutter to cut them
