You Invest hours trying to write the perfect text, obsess over every detail, reveal sensitive informations about yourself.

They'll skim through it in less than 5 minutes and send you a "nice" standard rejection mail.

From now on, I will call or personally show up at any place that rejects me. Playing nice is not the right approach.

Submitting a nice and long resume is useless. They only care about your qualities. List them out and move on.

What type of qualities? Any idiot can write down what 'qualities' he has. It's a question if the HR foid or the boomer believes you.

If you have a medical degree from Harvard, these problems of course do not apply to you.
