Do you really believe if you asked someone in Sudan or Liberia or Iraq if they wanted to go live in Bulgaria or Hungary, they would turn it down and elect to stay in those places? I know someone who lived in Hungary for a while and he said it was clean,safe, low crime and easy to get around without a car. In fact, he said the public transportation was cleaner and safer than what you would find in New York City. I can't imagine someone who lived in Baghdad or Monrovia talking about how clean and safe those areas are.
