yeah. if ur a young person it’s realistically impossible to buy a house in a semi decent area. Unless u have a 6 figure job, u will be declined loan attempts to buy house.

Majority of youngcels options are staying parents home or living far as fuck away from ur job, taking 2 hrs travel time everyday in traffic. Jfl

Take into consideration that in the 50s even 60s a man could buy a house for 20k in a good location and still support his family, buy multiples cars etc and pay them off in less than a decade.

Now even with 3 jobs people are struggling to pay rents, forget about mortgage. They will never own a home.
