Are you retarded? The average is still around 5.1–5.5 inches for 18 year olds. While Asians do skew the statistics toward a smaller average, Africans skew them in the opposite direction, so discounting one but not the other is intellectually dishonest. Also, why the fuck would you even care? Just look at the average for each country and you'll have your answer. If you want the average for the West in general, just take each country's population, divide it by the total population of the countries you consider Western (or whichever countries you want to include), then multiply that proportion by the country's average dick size. Do that for each country and sum the results to get the overall average.
