No, your average normie doesn't seceretely care about if your facial depth is jordan barret tier. I'm tired of this stupid fucking sentiment that normies IRL can tell if you have slight recession. Obviously a mega recessed maxilla is noticable to normies but as long as yours is average they literally can't tell the difference. IRL your front is 10x more important than your side and the only things that really matter are having a striking eye area, good jaw and no major failos(again, normies can't spot a recessed maxilla unless it's EXTREMELY bad).
Before discovering this forum I thought a lot of faces looked very good, and I later on noticed major flaws that they had which made me realize they didn't look that good. But before noticing those flaws, it's literally like they weren't there. Slight structural flaws are usually unnoticable unless you set out to spot them, which means that most normies simply don't register it when someone has a slightly bad maxilla.
This is literally robert pattison's side profile. The people on this forum would have you think that this guy is HTN at most, but IRL he mogs almost anyone with a good maxilla because he has extremely striking eyes and a good mandible(from the front).
Regardless of status halo, if this guy was to walk into your college class all of the girls there would be drooling over him. They wouldn't even register the fact that his maxilla is recessed, they'd just think "wow this guy has such pretty blue eyes and his mandible looks so masculine I want him to date me!"
Conversely if some guy with a mid eye area and mid jaw(from the front) but a structurally great side profile walked into your class the halo effect would be much less noticable because the foids there wouldn't even notice how structurally great his face is. I'm not saying that Robert wouldn't look better if he had better facial depth, I'm just saying that it simply doesn't matter as much as you think IRL. The BP going mainstream has been terrible for society because now people are gonna try and spot these flaws which they otherwise wouldn't notice.
Most humans have a face that blends together quite nicely, our brains are trained to ignore slight imperfections and tend to focus way more on how striking and different a certain feature looks, hence why having nice eyes is such a huge halo. Don't worry about achieving a model tier side profile, just focus on making your face more striking so that you benefit from the halo effect as much as possible.
