i’m doubtful of any rating system, even as in what we can think as the most objective metric of ratios, which don’t mean anything, people prefer people with shit ratios higher all the time due to phenotype/appeal
It doesn't make statistical sense whatsoever. In that case, a 10 would be 5 standard deviations above the mean, which would imply there are about two perfect faces on Earth. That's obviously impossible, since perfect faces don't actually exist. There would therefore either have to be an early deviation from the pattern to compress the upper tail, or you'd have to abandon the 1–10 rating system altogether. It would also probably make us create a tier above chad. Either way, there's no logical reason why each tier should correspond to exactly one standard deviation in the first place. Very few bell curves follow such a clean pattern. For example, the standard deviation of IQ is 15, not the more "clean" value of 10.

what? that’s what i just said, also, in a way yes individual features matter, just because they are not consciously analyzing each aspect doesn’t mean it’s not being taken account subconsciously, its the same principle of you being able to perceive colors without needing to consciously think
