Right so, he actually is disabled, that's a massive status boost among white women. Now is the attraction towards the disabled a dysgenic trait? This is tough to say, depending on how this trait evolved.

This trait, while somewhat dysgenic actually does have an accidental Eugenic effect among disabled people who are intelligent, as it will likely allow them to breed and still share their eugenic minds to help humanity, even if it was not the intended effect of said trait.

3. A Natural urge to take care of those who are hurt, injured, etc, white women have far more maternal instincts than the other races, some mutt races such as Middle Easterners and Hispanics can display this instinct aswell however, and even to a higher degree depending on the right circumstances, but I still think it's far more likely to appear in white women, this combined with especially 1 and 2 would increase attraction to a high degree, "Nursing" was far more of a thing among white women.
