Moderate sunlight exposure (20 minutes everyday) provides you all the benefits and it's the dose recommended by many specialists. It's not like 20 minutes a day will make you look like an old man when you're in your 20s.

Too much sun is bad. The sun in moderation will improve their skin substantially. My skin glows after sitting in the sun. Mitochondrial strengthing or being helpful to the androgen receptors? idk I just know it helps. I'm gonna make a skin megathread soon.

That's true, moderate sunlight exposure is the way to go. Ever since I started going out in the sun everyday for 10-20 minutes, I've only noticed benefits, and my skin definitely looks better too.

If you're a white guy, the glow, rosiness and tan you get from UVB inflammation is unparalleled, but let's not pretend like it doesn't demolish your collagen. Wear your sunscreen, but it's good to see some sun, too. Evolutionarily speaking, it makes sense why being under the sun just feels good psychologically.

Look into tribulus. They should be good for the androgen receptors, cycle it though. They're cheap on amazon.

I wouldn't say it "demolishes" your collagen, because sun is needed for optimal collagen production, so... But yeah, sun is definitely the biggest aging factor, but as I said before, moderate sunlight exposure won't age you that much. Even if it does, with all the skincare technology we have today, it should be easy to possibly reverse this damage.

The sun won’t even age you that badly as long as you wear sunscreen and don’t burn. The trick is finding a nice sunscreen without any harmful ingredients

the cumulative benefit of being +0.5 psl over your prime years is far more valuable than looking worse in your prime years but extending youthfulness into your mid 30s, especially considering just how much you can do to reverse skin damage.

Turns out most cheap tribulus contains beta-sistoral which is an anti-androgen. Apparently only MediHerb and VemoHerb tribulus is good.
