Hispanics melanin isn’t as strong we can just bleach with kojie or gludithion. This stuff is really strong so it should only be used by blacks or Indians

Bonoquin is gonna be the best option always if your really dark. Shit like kojic or Hydro only work for Ligh brown ppl. But black ppl or super dark brown ppl they need this
