What do you mean? There are many celebrities who have a good forward growth without any irregularities in the area under the eyes and they don't have lack of support.

Would you, please, provide some examples of people with forward growth and weak support under the eyes? I'm curious to see what it looks like.

First one is what maxilla recession looks like, you have flat cheekbones, overbite. Sam Dezz (guy in the original post) has none of these. He's not recessed.
Also notice how the under eyelid exposure actually got slightly worse (more of a negative orbital vector) in the correction photo. So his eyes arent a sign of recession.
