The summer 2024, the year i decided i will finally take stuff into my own hands.

I was fat almost my whole childhood, but that changed on 2nd Sep, 2024.


I started my weightloss journey in late May, when i was 80kg, and like 35% body fat.

I was loosing weight for 3 months, the end was in the middle of August, i was 14 back then.

So i come to school at around 11% body fat after not seeing anyone during

the summer, and i got more dopamine that day than i ever could on here.

I was getting compliments by every guy, yeah all of that but still not one foid cared.

I mean better than nothing i guess.


This was the day that i play on repeat every single night before i go to sleep.
