Everyone knows you need you potassium to be 2x of sodium (2:1) in your diet , so you can debloat.
Debloating Only works for people below the bodyfat of 13% or 12%.
If you are in a diet you may find it hard to get potassium 2 times the amount of sodium you take in. So the method is to take potassium chloride powder.
POTTASIUM CHLORIDE POWDER : -
It is barely $20-$25 max on amazon. and will last you about a month
Steps on how to use it :-
Use a food weighing scale to weigh about 10 grams of the powder.
Take about 10mg of the powder and mix it in about a half a gallon of water and drink the thing over the span of 2 hours.
10mg of powder is equivalent to about 5000mg (5G)of potassium.
DISCLAIMER :-
The thing has a extremely salty taste , so try to add more water in to eliminate the salty taste. If not and you take it in a small water to potassium ratio, you will lose your appetite.
Taking too much can irritate your stomach and make you feel like shit.
Also try to take the powder around 2-3pm in the evening.
Walk 30 minutes to an hour a day to burn fat.
Be in a caloric deficit of 500-600 a day to lose .5 kgs a week ( you would want 8-9% bf)
