OMAD - Carnivore.
You eat one massive meal a day. Most calories from meat. Tate diet.
You get the benefits of Keto/Carnivore but convenient and less restrictive.

At 5 pm I eat 10 eggs, 2 steaks/2lb beef patties, chocolate cake and blueberry yogurt (probiotics and carbs).
Morning green tea + fish oil + vitamin D3.

I will not bother listing sources. This is a trust me bro backed up by science (trust me bro). Research Keto, OMAD, Carnivore extensively and realize im 100% right and based.
I would not recommend full carnivore or OMAD - full carnivore because difficult to get right. If u cant do it consistently then benefits outweigh minuscule gains.

SO to counteract that I eat one meal (chicken/pork with or something high in protein with milk as drink) a day with one snack (milk with banana and orange for vitamins)

I'm on carnivore for the most part, but I can't do OMAD for the life of me, I'd feel hungry throughout the day no matter how big the one meal is

yes eating one time a day is ideal i eat 5 times but i wanna reduce it to 2 meals

it removes all brain fog from digesting carbs and toxins of vegetables so you can have lazer focus on your work/studies
