The healthiest diet is grass fed steak, potatoes, bread and water kefir. Think what would you eat a thousand years ago and find the closest thing available. Every culture had source of animal nutrition a grain and/or calorie dense vegetable and probiotic. Seafood (including wild caught) is out because of pollution conventionally raised gmo grain and soy fed animals too. Leaving grass fed beef as the best option iberico pork is alright however less available. Anything non-organic is out to limit exposure to agrochemicals there is no “dirty dozen” everything nonorganic is bad. And any tap water is out too you should already know why. I only drink high quality bottled water avoid anything from Nestle try and look for Mountain Valley Gerlosteiner and Fiuggi as those are the best. Avoid any deeply colorful fruits and veggies for their anti nutrients and opt for those that have white flesh apples are good potatoes as well. Eat adequate amounts of carbohydrates (potatoes, bread, apples, oats) they are the best macro for liver detoxification gut health and your bodies preference for fuel. You can survive of ketones but youre starving and slowly killing yourself with mainstream health dogma honestly you guys should know better in this sphere. Don’t fall for carnivore/keto nonsense that is the furthest from natural you could get. 1000 years ago if you were eating only meat you would die from starvation because you would be too exhausted to hunt (keto sickness just look at ex keto and carnivore groups) and gather those with agriculture thrived for a reason we’ve had fire for millennia its safe to say we’ve evolved to consume cooked food. Healthy bacteria on raw food is tiny when compared to any probiotic just drink water kefir. For increased gut regularity fiber is good oats buckwheat apples are probably your best source mastic will help too you can also take digestive enzymes those with amylase pepsin trypsin chymotrypsin lipase are best those with probiotics wont do much as the probiotics are likely dead. Diet isn’t the only important lifestyle factor also blue zones in japan ate large amounts of pork prior to war

sardines milk eggs bread oats no vit a vegetables and fruits once in a while

supps are b vitamins (no b6) and magnesium
