If you do this on a cut you will maintain all the muscle maybe even gain it's scientifically proven

Why even eat to begin with? Then u won’t need that extra cardio to burn the extra cals anymore

if u want to leanmaxx FAST here's what i did
- sleep as much as possible, sleep stops cravings
- eat tuna/sardines/4-5 eggs, high protein meal in general in the morning. this will keep you full till at least 2 pm (assuming u eat at 6-7am if ure wagecuck like me (jfl at the average american oatmeal fruit cereal sugar packed breakfast diet)
- skip lunch entirely
- for dinner: high protein again, chicken breast, beef, eggs, salmon, tuna, sardines + some low to moderate glycemic index carbs like white rice/potatoes
- train 2 times a week (max 3), why not more than 3? ur body needs time to rest properly. sure u can train 5x a week to build more muscle, but your energy levels will drop over days and you'll get more cravings again

if u have cravings during lunch take a (nicotine) gum/coffee or if ure a smoker smoke a cigarette, or combine all of them

personal exp from going from 97 kg > 75 kg in 6 months - (97 kg - 70 kg) / 6 months = 27 kg / 6 months ≈ 4.5 kg per month (35,000 calorie deficit per month assuming 0.45 kg of fat = 3,500 calories)

I unironically have been drinking 0 cal fizzy drinks until 6pm every day and then having like a shitty meal at night and snacks

Never been leaner
 
intermittent fasting and its not even close 15k+ steps bare minimum
no sugar and less that 300g of carbs 100g+ protein bare minimum

i wouldnt recommend it will ruin your face, just start consuming enough protein and and training , muscle memory will bring you back to your old progress in 1month to 2months

Do OMAD and eat in the morning, also remove fructose from the diet. Eat vegetables with fiber and drink water to decrease hunger without calories
 
Or y'know just 250mg of DNP every day.
 
no need to do cardio if ure already starvemaxxing, that'll only increase cravings, lift weights/calisthenics instead

mk677 makes you want to eat more, i recommend mk516506 for fat loss if you don’t care about side effects. SR9009 will make cardio for you feel like a breeze until you really really push yourself

I never need fat loss I'm always starved and have good control over fasting periods tbh

But yeah there are better compounds, I wanna roid but am too high inhib rn and don't wanna flare acne

jfl meanwhile i lost 30 kg in 2 months
