All of these were from single procedures. This means that the before and afters here were within a month of each other:
All of these were either Bimax or Jaw Implants. All of these were simple before and afters of SINGLE PROCEDURES. Some of these guys started off as subhuman and got Chadlite sides from a SINGLE procedure. You can do this too. This is NOTHING separating you from these people.

Edit: To all the doubters, yes this is jaw surgery. The craziest ascensions here were done by Dr. Sailer, however any surgeon is capable of doing such movements + implants.
