9:00 You arrive at Work and look at the daily vs monthly To-Do lists.

12:00 your focus naturally fades and you eat a healthy meal and socialize with friends or colleagues ideally in nature.

15:00 You continue Work until

21:00 You apply tretinoin and Take Multivitamins and other supplements. Meanwhile you design the To Do lists for the next day, month, years.

Now You Can Log in on looksmax.org and other social media and check if you got any messages at all. Alternatively you can watch a Movie or play a Videogame to relax.

23:00 You start sleeping


You maxed out all happiness chemical and used the most productive hours of the day.

For some reason i have a problem with sleep i Always go late asf because i want some entertainment or Jerk off
