I already have PCT,it may look like that in the picture,but the only thing I am gonna do to my eyes are gonna be fillers,also what is wrong with the nose?Would bimax increase my gonial angle and make my jaws more prominent?

1 bi max will not change gonial angle it is just working with your overall maxilla.

2 To change gonial angle it's either ccw rotation or chin wing either 1.

3 Your nose doesn't seem very sharp.

4 Your eye angle seems off from this pic could be lens distortions.

Holy fuck,I have always liked to have a goniial angle,but bimax is as brutal as it is,although I think I am gonna do it because I cannot swallow even pills and forget about the gonial angle.My nose is not sharp but it is ok I think,also If I had a better jaw it would look better

Your gonial angle seems fine your biggest issue is your fucking eyes it looks to soyish.

The nose could improve and bimax could definitely ascend you you have good bones.

Literally your biggest failos is eyes and over all hair.


Also why are you scared of surgery ? i mean i guess when you have been black pilled as long as me surgery doesn't look like a scary thing it seems like a heavenly pipe dream that is your key to a better life.

I can't see your teeth but your lower third looks like mine. You have a great chin but short mandibular plane. I suspect you have deep bite and beed BSSO with clockwise rotation.

Your eye angle is just off when i mean a good eye area it should ideally be more smaller and wider mainly cause it's a dimorphic trait .

As for chin recession or jaw i recces-ion i don't see it your issues are the eyes and also the nose.

Know it varies for faces but it should look something like this thinner and narrower.

The main issue imo is that your lower third looks narrow, short and totally out of balance with your middle and upper thirds from the front, due to both the maxilla and mandible recessed (meaning bimax is the answer). Obviously this means the profile doesn’t look too great either. Reminds me of this case quite a bit just from seeing your mouth/lips position:

Seems like he had a good result from the following -
Maxilla: downgraft and advancement
Mandible: advancement down and forward (and maybe a genioplasty it seems like?)

Lucky for you, your midface is wide and somewhat forward grown (despite the severe recession), and overall looks like it might be okay, so you can probably get away with nothing at all or some soft tissue work in that area. Are you a Slav or Balt? J/w since Eastern European men and women tend to have fairly wide midfaces and above average midfacial volume.

Honestly though OP, just go visit an experienced and redpilled maxillofacial surgeon. He will take a look at you, feel around your face a bit, take a peep at your x-rays and then tell you exactly what you need.

BTW - I would also caution against any significant implant work if your jaws are recessed - it looks extremely uncanny more often than not.

I think it's very unlikely, I know someone who went bald in their teens and in our area a hairdresser recently started doing the hair system you stick on top, I remember not seeing him for a few years, he was a bald 19 year old.. seen him when he was 24 and he looked like he aged backwards, incredible slicked back black hair.. then explained he had a hair system and only people with an eye for it notice it, most people think he chose to be bald lmao.

The hair on the sides and back can remain thick and don't tend to fall off, so don't worry about that if it ever happens to you.

I've seen a guy with NW6/7/8 where basically everything was gone but the sides and the back. However, what he had on the sides and the back was so damn thin that basically you could say he was bald all around.

You're not even completely thinned on top yet, so I wouldn't even worry about the sides and back following through. It'd take years for that to even thin after the top I can imagine, and that's if it even does. I don't think it looks like it's going to thin, as for the actual ''temple point'' it isn't always necessary, most people lose the temple point.

If you got a short hair system on top with the way the side of your hair goes, I can imagine it'd look like the picture below, you'd have better options too for style.

You probably have an underlying issue if your sides are that diffuse.

I would get checked for autoimmune disorders, as well as have a dermatologist do a scalp autopsy to see what's going on in the tissue. Likewise do comprehensive testing since even something as seemingly far removed from the scalp such as Celiac's disease has far reaching systemic side effects due to nutrient malabsorption, which can very seriously negatively impact hair growth and would actually result in your sides thinning out like that.
