I have been looksmaxing for a little less than a year, this is all the softmaxing that have worked for me. Objectively, the following list made me go from 5 psl to 6.5 psl, Enjoy!
Jawline/face:
Eyebrows:
Teeth:
Cardio / Fat loss
Boron – Supports hormone balance and bone density.
Zinc – Helps skin clarity, hormones, and immune function.
Omega-3 – Reduces inflammation and improves skin quality. I use this for my liver health mostly because im an alcoholic, will start
Magnesium glycinate – Helps debloat and improves sleep quality.(not the same as magnesium citrate)
Glycine – Supports better sleep and skin repair.
L-citrulline – Increases blood flow for gym pumps and vascularity.
Potassium (electrolyte) – Reduces water retention and bloating.
Creatine – Improves muscle fullness and strength.
Ginger – Helps digestion and reduces facial bloating.
Dandelion root – Natural diuretic to temporarily reduce water weight.
Beta-carotene – gave me a warmer tone, combined with mt2 is insane
Diuretics - again, for water retention, helps becoming lean
Peptides:
-MT2 (Melanotan 2) – made me tan AF, only downside is mole
-Reta – Strong appetite suppression and fat burner, it helped me become lean
Nose:
Hydrocortisone cream, you have to apply it for 2 weeks then only when going out, it helped me shrink my nose
I have not really covered skin health in general because i already have glass skin but if you do have bad skin i would recommend the following:
-retinol, for scaring
-cleanser and moisturizer
-Niacinamide acid
-accutane
-ghk-cu
Jawline/face:
- gua sha – Helps with lymphatic drainage to reduce facial puffiness.
- Chin tucks (3x10) – Improves neck posture and jawline definition.
- Neck curls (3x10) – Strengthens neck muscles for a thicker, more masculine look.
- Bonesmash - to stimulate zygomatic bone density
- Eye exercises – Can reduce eye strain and slightly improve symetry and more of a hunter (lmk i can drop my exercices down below)
- Lumify eye drops – Makes your eyes instantly whiter and brighter for better first impressions.
- Levobunolol - it helped me reduce the pigmentation of my eyes from hazel to almost green in a year.
Eyebrows:
- Castor oil (eyebrows) – Moisturizes brows and may support healthier hair growth.
- Minoxidil (eyebrows) – Can stimulate eyebrow hair growth if used carefully.
- Derma roller (1x/week) – Boosts absorption and can stimulate hair follicles.(0.25mm)
- Dye eyebrows – Makes brows look thicker and more defined instantly.
- Vaseline (eyebrows) – Locks in moisture and makes brows look darker and shinier.
- BB cream – Evens skin tone and hides blemishes naturally.
- Tripeptide lip plump – Temporarily makes lips look fuller.
- Niacinamide serum – Improves skin texture, redness, and oil control.
- Tinted SPF 50 (Beauty of Joseon) – Protects skin from aging while giving a natural glow
