PEDs:
Duration: 20-24 Weeks
800-1200mg Test
400-1200mg EQ (low aromatiser, 1/2 of Test, high aromatiser, closer to 1/1 of Test)
150-400mg NPP (depending on how well you tolerate it)
1-3mg Reta per week
4-8IU GH
Lantus or Novo Rapid (dosing and timing variable, do your research or don’t use it)
50mg Anadrol daily, last 4 weeks (optional)
Diet:
Calories: +400 to +800 above maintenance
Protein: 1 to 1.25g animal protein per pound of BW
Fat: as close to 0 as possible (just take Fish Oil lmao)
Carbs: as high as humanly possible from CLEAN sources
Water: 4L minimum daily with Electrolytes
Training:
5-6x a Week, PPL or Custom split depending on ur weak points and preferences. Go 5x a week pls lol don’t do some 3x a week goofy shit.
10-16 sets per muscle group, taken to failure or 1 rep away from failure but just go to failure cuz ur too stupid to know what 1 RIR is
WALK 15K STEPS A DAY AND BEFORE AND AFTER EVERY MEAL AND DO HARD CARDIO 1-2X A WEEK. This is essential.

Electrolyte Powder/ Caffeine (blood pressure and performance)
Magnesium/ Melatonin/ GABA/ KSM-66 (relaxation and sleep, don’t use last 3 long term)
Creatine/ D3-K2 (should be taking this anyways)
Berberine/ Metformin (why? you’re taking Reta lol. But ig if you really wanna…xD)
Figure out the doses on your own it isn’t rocket science just take the RDA or smth and multiply it by 2-3x ig
Ancillaries:
Cleanser/ Moisturiser/ Sunscreen: Tretinoin (save face and collagen)
Minox/ Derma Rolling/ Ket 2%/ DHT blocker (save hair)
40-80mg Telmisartan, 2.5-5mg Nebivolol, 5-10mg Cialis (blood pressure and organs)
10mg Ezetimibe and Statins (find the best statin for you if u need it)
Keep Aromasin, Raloxifene, Cabergoline and Dbol on hand because you may need it but you shouldn’t ideally

This is probably the best cycle to gain a lot of muscle. This isn’t for cutting or recomping. This is for as much pure mass as possible. You’ll probably be jacked as fuck by the end if u do things right tbh I mean like people won’t recognise you tbh
