Well, i guess my neurotransmitters arent compatible with caffeine. I must have too high dopamine levels or my adenosine receptors are too sensitive or some shit. I had 2 cups of coffee a day for a few months and my sleep became fucked and i could barely communicate due to caffeine giving me literal brain damage. Im never touching that shit again
