There are alot of incels on this site posting random bullshit telling you to take peptides and do random massages to ascend, but the truth is, its simpler than you think.
Here are the major things you need to fix to ascend :
Bodyfat Percentage
Hair Quality and Style
Sleep
Confidence

1. BF%
Doing random exercises and other bullshit like starving can make you feel lighter or give you slight improvements, but to actually ascend and have a visible jawline and hollow cheeks, you need to reduce your bodyfat percentage.
It is not some crazy magic or anything, its simple math. CICO, Calories In, Calories Out
Every person has a maintenance calories number, and to put it simply : that's how many calories you need to eat to maintain your current weight
To lose bodyfat percentage, eat lesser than your maintenance calories. Since 1kg of fat is around 7700kcal, eating ~500kcal lesser than your maintenance calories and doing 10k steps per day can make you lose approximately 1kg of actual fat per week, and with bloat and water weight, you can even see insane results like 2kg-4kg in the first week itself.
Try not to starve, and try not to do insane cardio like running every single day if you have no experience. Although walking takes up alot of time, it's the most sustainable for long periods of times like 2 to 3 months since even if you walk for hours tonight, tomorrow you can wake up and walk just fine, unlike running.
Getting to approx 12% bodyfat can let you have visible abs, arm definition, veins around forearms, hollow cheeks and a sharp jawline.
2. Hair Quality and Style
Try to find a style that fits your face, and improve your hair quality. One of the best ways to improve hair quality without cutting off your hair right now is to stop using shampoo and replace it with 1 (or 2 depending on hair length) egg yolks every 2 weeks, mask it for 10 mins and rinse with plain water. This directly provides your hair protein, and also, to remove smell, just add some lemon juice in approx 100ml water and pour it on your hair after rinsing off the egg yolks, then wash the lemon water off too.
