Now first ill tell you what it is. You basically do a chin tuck as you should, teeth slighlty touching, youre mewing, mouth closed. Here, your pushing with your head and hands as well, untill you trigger a gag reflex. Do max 12 sets for a week, 3 sets of 30s holds, between reps rest 1.30 mins and between sets 3 mins. Take a de-load week once a month and 1 full month de load week after 6 months, in those periods you shouldnt be doing any facial exercises.
The safe limit is 6 sets of 2 reps, 10s holds.
