I think 1 minute for isolation exercises is good enough
3min+ for compounds

i mean sure it might take u 1 min to recover per set if ur training with piss-shit intensity and technique
however if ur actually going to failure and whatnot 2:30mins+ is a good rest time

My insertions are terrible so now I only do strength training and no more hypertrophy. This is how I looked with 1-1.5 years

4 years, I never trained forearms specifically . I never got lean (shred) but never followed a strict diet, I eat shit but maintaining. Im short too.
