Is sunscreen, a good diet, no alcohol and cigarettes, and don't go bald (fin and whatever else). I know it's water but seriously do you wanna look 50 at your age also retinol and all that shit. Sunscreen is super underrated everyone mentions it but I'm 99% sure 90% of the people in this forum would see that advice and just not take it
