I believe the gayposting might be a bannable offense, but I'm not positive, as doing it a handful times might just result in a warning, so I'm not sure about this specific case. It'd be up to another Sub Admin I imagine as they're more familiar with when it crosses into ban territory.

If you look at the guys post history, he is a terrible user, of course its objective but he provides no value to the forum in my opinion.

He is pretty much doing what @xkgr just showed.
