Technically you’re frauding 5’6” if that’s what you’re doing. You have to subtract 1 inch. A guy who is actually 5’7” barefoot would be 5’8” with a pair of regular shoes on. And a guy who is 5’6” barefoot would be 5’7” with a pair of regular shoes on. So if you’re 5’7” with your lifts set up, you’d appear as tall as a guy who is 5’6” barefoot
