However the penalty for being unattractive as a women is only 5% while the attractiveness bonus is only 4%.

Let's say two men earn 100,000 dollars yearly. The attractive one earns 15,000 more dollars which doesn't sound like a lot, but assuming both work for 40 years and accumulate raises at their careers, the handsome man can earn over one million dollars more than the ugly one in his lifetime.

This is far and away the biggest lie that was ever sold by society, that women's attractiveness is more important than men's. In reality men get crippled by being unattractive a lot more than women, be it career or dating opportunities. Hell I've seen very ugly women with kids, but you rarely see unattractive men with kids. In reality the only quality that matters for men is how physically attractive you are that determines your quality of life.

I hope you realize this isn't only about careers. The point is men get rewarded more for being handsome and penalized more harshly for being ugly. Women don't get rewarded that much more for being beautiful and their penalties for being ugly aren't nearly as harsh because women are more "valuable"(eggs > sperm).

I get your thought process pattern, but really is all subjective, the height,looks etc pay is real im not denying the numbers, but its very subjective, the landhwale can get a job and she will be looked down upon because she is a landwhale, if a guy is balding it will nerf him, but really real life isnt that harsh if you dont fall into extremes, hope i made sense

I agree on this too. But the overall point is looks matter more for men than for women. Women aren't rewarded as much for their attractiveness and aren't penalized for being ugly the same way men are.
