get rid of your phone just sell it your life will get 10 times better we all have 5hours+ screen time if not 10 i have a personal experience my phone addiction was so bad when i was 15-18 yo it made me not disciplined in the gym anymore or study or just enjoy life outside of my bed with the phone specially sleep i garentee 99% of poeple with bad sleep schedule are because the phone and doomscrolling at night after i got rid of it was extremely hard at first and always feel the need to have it but its just bs you dont need instgram to text just have a dumbphone to make calls and a simple pc that cant drag u all night idc if someone want to do this or think its larp but the way it changed my life i felt like i need to share this because phone addiction really suck now i can sit down and study 5 hours and feel so motivated to go to the gym not forced like i used to i love cooking my gym meals without scrolling and feeling bored like i used to and at 10 i be so sleepy my sleep fixed itself naturally if u read this and u relate to the phone addiction side effects trust me bro just get rid of it no “limit screen time bs” life for us men is brutal you wont win in life with 10hours screen time
