...through accepting it's truth, you undo years worth of blaming yourself and getting blamed for being a man. Since birth, delusions were forced down your throat, and when those around you expected perfection on your side [to their benefit] and you couldn't fulfil, they spat on your name, making you feel worthless. Just like Nofap, you are fighting biology so to say, something that has started ingraining itself deep inside of you since your first breaths. You were manipulated into blaming yourself for subjects out of your reach. Undoing years of self-hate and criticism is like withdrawing from heroine. This criticism is sometimes insignificant, like for example: "Your tinder-profile pictures make you look arrogant!" or, "Your haircut isn't right, rock something else!". And they twist and twist until these unsignificant things become into larger matters with every passing day. A man can kill a lion, but not a million rats. Swallowing the blackpill is withdrawing from this poison that's been forced down your throat. Don't blame yourself anymore, average-man.
