Aside from actively putting effort into NTmaxxing after discovering how bad things are for aspies, the blackpill replaced another damaging pill for me: The PoliticalPill.
You see, before finding a community for me to be part of regarding looks and shit like that, my main focus was discussing politics on the internet, not real day-to-day politics, but anarcho-capitalism, the third position, communism, and other fringe (and radical) political ideologies.
And that is simply so bad for someone's neurotransmitters, I have friends who are still talking about the same talking points since 2018, like (((them))), racialism, white power, etc.
Nowadays I have a much more moderate approach to politics, and I feel like that has really helped my mental healthy in a way, and made me less of an aspie than I was during my teenage years and early adulthood.
