I feel like bp and lm is rather good than bad if you don't deep-dive truly into it (I'm talking about the point where some niggas actually pull out some biology and chemistry formulas to research peptides, in hope of growing 3cms at 19) and don't rot here 3-5 hours a day (I waste around 1-2 hour, sometimes 3 when it's the weekend or I've got nothing else to do). Learning about your body and how to take care of it via sleeping schedules, skincare, diet, gym, bones is actually very interesting tho so I enjoy studying this shit. Good thread g
