The breath pill is brutal

The breath pill is so brutal. Nobody can afford to have bad breath. Not even CHAD can afford to have bad breath. It's genuinely just the biggest turn off.

This might seem common sense but so many people I know who have bad breath it's unreal.

A lot of teachers have bad breath I swear. Even freaking dentists have bad breath.

It's something so common sense yet most people fail to take care of.

Do you think it could be a lack of awareness for bad breath. Like other people will smell it worse than you would if you had bad breath.

That's why everyday I brush my teeth twice a day with good toothpaste. I floss at least one time a day bare minimum. I clean my tongue at least twice a day. I chew sugar free gum in between meals and use mouth wash. I drink 3l of water per day. I don't eat shit. And I clean my tonsils.

I've been very cautious over this and you should be too. It's so easy to have bad breath so we must do everything in our power to ensure we have a youthful, healthy smelling breath.


I myself would rather LTN with excellent oral hygiene and amazing breath than a chad with awful, atrocious, garbage like breath which can be sensed from 10 miles a way.

It's brutal because the ones who've got it are usually unaware. Real friends tell friends if their breath stinks.

Women take generally more care of their bodies than men so why should it be different with dental care? But there are for sure also a lot of women who have horrific breath as well
