You have to eliminate salt from your diet as much as possible, and any little salt you do eat, take more potassium so it flushes out.

Jfl no dude, my face looks like shit when there's water being stored in the tissues in your face. Solve it by getting rid of the water. The water is caused by sodium that you eat or excessive shitty carbs.
