At 17-19 I would daydream about somehow becoming gigarich, living in luxury not giving a fuck about anything
At 19-21 I was just thinking about how to go on with my day and alternative copes
I would have to use substances then daydream about the same cope scenarios since my experience in life made it obvious nothing good was coming for me, I needed something to give me that optimism back

Now I daydream about being stabbed to death by a crackhead

Same, I am sick of coping and eating shit and living with mediocrity

Now if I want there to be any hope at all I have to just grind and in a few years I will be busted and worn out and everything will be for nothing and I'll be irrelevant anyway, so i barely even give a shit about money

I wish that I could get rid of the terrible anxiety and anhedonia at least. People go through all kinds of terrible shit but in the end they seem to adapt and find happiness

Fortune favors the bold and punishes the weak, that's life and that's the only thing I can conclude from my shitty experience on this earth thus far.

I have anhedonia too but I believe it's a side effect of the meds I was on. I don't enjoy old hobbies and shit like I used to and everything seems like a cope. I really got taken to the cleaners by going down the mental health route.
