Crazy how one tiny decision changes everything. A few weeks ago I followed this girl on Instagram. No expectations. Just a follow. And somehow, that one moment flipped everything.

I’ve been rotting for months. No routine. No direction. Now I’m working out again. Not consistently perfect, but I’m showing up. I started a skincare routine too. Still got flaws. Had a breakout the other day. Fighting a red pimple on my nose. But at least I’m doing something about it.

Been on NoFap for about a week now. Nothing crazy, but it feels like I’m finally moving forward. Like I’m starting to give a shit about myself again.
